Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, processing time may extend slightly. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Countries
Currently, we only offer shipping to Australia. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future to serve more locations.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, it is expected to arrive within 5-7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the destination. Rural or remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

  • Please note that shipping carriers may have delays, particularly during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders between AUD 0.01 and AUD 29.99 will incur a shipping fee of AUD 3.99.

  • For orders over AUD 30, we offer free standard shipping.

  • Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers, such as Australia Post, to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time. If there are any issues with the shipping process, we will work with the carrier to resolve them.

Shipping Address
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, factors such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or unforeseen issues may cause delays. If there are significant delays, we will provide you with updates and assistance in resolving any issues.

Packaging
We ensure that all orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you receive an order that appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to refund or replace lost or stolen packages unless it is an error on our part.
